Tsang Tsou Choi (Chinese: 曾灶財), or the "King of Kowloon" (九龍皇帝) (12 November 1921 – 15 July 2007) was known for his calligraphy graffiti in Hong Kong. He began to mark the streets of HK with his distinctive calligraphic graffiti at the age of 35, declaring his imperial claim of the land of Kowloon.
Tsang's artworks could be found all over HK in his 50 years of graffiting, leaving a deep impression among Hong Kong people. He was the first person from HK with his graffiti artworks included in the 2003 Venice Biennale exhibition.

曾灶財(1921年11月12日-2007年7月15日),真名曾財,以自號「九龍皇帝」聞名,是香港街頭塗鴉者,塗鴉創作均為用毛筆書寫之漢字。行文講述自己以及家族的過往事蹟,以及「宣示」對九龍的「主權」。
曾氏塗鴉超過50年,筆跡遍及港九各區,且內容異常,讓香港市民留下深刻印象。曾氏的塗鴉作品也曾於2003年威尼斯雙年展展出,是第一位香港人獲展出作品。
