Tsang Tsou Choi (曾灶財) - A calligraphy graffiti painter in Hong Kong, also a self-claimed Emperor of the Kowloon Wall City. Kowloon Wall City was a spot in the colony of HK where it was not under any country, including the United Kingdom. He painted graffiti all over the city and caused many criticisms when he was alive. In 2003, his work was even exhibited at the La Biennale di Venezia in Italy. When he passed away in 2007, people started to cherish his work and praised his graffiti as artwork. Some even called for protection.
