The Swiss House was built between 1956 and 1962 by Cheong K. Company Ltd. The unique style wording "章記樓宇" on the corner of the building are memorable to many. It is said that Shanghai writer Ni Kuang purchased his first flat on the nineth floor at his 27. This drawing captured the demolition process in July 2024.

拆卸中的瑞士樓，由章記建業於1959-1962年落成，轉角「章記樓宇」四個大字令大家記憶深刻。傳聞已故上海作家倪匡曾在他27歲的時在瑞士樓購入其第一間九層高的唐樓單位。
