Built in 1892, the Fringe Club was once part of Old Dairy Farm Depot and after nearly a century it's now a celebrated exhibition and performance venue. The iconic exterior with white and brown bricks is a typical style of neo-classicism.

始建於1892年的一級歷史建築的前身為牛奶公司總部。一個世紀之後，藝穗會與1983年成立，並入駐至今。建築外立面的紅白磚牆是最標志性的新古典主義特徵。
